System Status
Introduction
Sintelix has a range of System Status and Settings to help Administrators to manage, monitor and define Sintelix operations.
There are two tabs that are accessible:
- Status
- Admin
Status Tab
The Status tab is available to all users. Only the System Information and Token Quota are visible to all users.
Content only available to users with Admin access are identified by the Admin shield icon.
System Overview
Displays the:
- Sintelix version
- Activation key allocated to the licence
- activated capabilities included in the licence (if item is greyed out, it is not included in the licence)
- installed language plugins
- installed data source connectors (available if Data Source Connectors is green in Activated Capabilities), and
- user sessions (seats) included in the licence agreement/plan.
Shows the totals number of tokens processed by Sintelix and compares it to your licensed quota.
When you reach your licensed quota you will not be able to upload any new documents to Sintelix. Processing, however will not be affected.

A range of information including license valid period, datastore location(s), library locations, user accounts/sessions, activated integrations, phone home status, CPU status.

Displays memory allocated, memory free and number of background tasks currently running.

Displays the status of the last backup attempt and the next scheduled backup.

Displays the current Question Answering mode (standard or GPU enhanced) and the status of the installed GPU enhanced plugin.
Manage Background Tasks
You can view and manage background tasks (see Manage Background Tasks).
You can see how many tasks are running and when they were started. If necessary, you can delete a task.
Manage Local Agents
Sintelix can harvest information from the Internet using the harvester function in the Sintelix Agent application.
When Sintelix and the Sintelix Agent are installed at the same time, a connection is automatically created. You can see the status of the Default Shared Agent.
In some cases, a Sintelix Agent may be installed on a separate machine, for example when accessing Sintelix Online. In this case, a Private Agent connection is required (see Manage Private Agents ).
